Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Specialist to support our Services Sales team and the Contracts Management function within our Customer Success organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Services Sales team in drafting and structuring Customer Success services agreements in line with corporate policies.
- Perform initial reviews and edits of contract drafts, working to maintain consistency with company standards and best practices.
- Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of contract-related processes.
- Ensure contract terms and obligations are accurately recorded and reflected in company systems.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in contract management or paralegal work. A Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field is required. Proficiency in contract management software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite is essential.
Benefits
