Job Title: Player Advocate - Italian Language

We're looking for a skilled Player Advocate to join our team at Ptw. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions to their issues and concerns.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including those related to game consoles and PCs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to identify trends in customer queries and improve our support processes.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent reading and writing skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and knowledge of computers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A logical, methodical approach with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with game consoles and PCs, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
