Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of our team that strives to provide an excellent level of service to our buyers and sellers. You will engage and delight our customers by solving complex challenges and managing disputes and complaints. Your goal is to ensure that customer queries are addressed and resolved in a correct and timely manner via diverse channels.
This role involves mediating between sellers and buyers, finding solutions that work for both parties. You will be the link between departments, working closely with Sales and our Experts as well as other departments to improve the overall Customer Experience. Through your close customer contact, you will bring valuable feedback on possibilities for improvements in our services.
About the Role- You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- You will work closely with our Sales and Expert teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
- You will analyze and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to senior colleagues when necessary.
- You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including emails, phone calls, and chat sessions.
The Ideal Candidate
- You have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- You are proficient in multiple languages, with English being the primary language of communication.
- You have previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude towards changing priorities.
- You are willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- A competitive annual gross base salary of €22,000 - €28,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
