About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Microsoft Account Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with product and service inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide solutions to client problems and optimize their technical equipment
  • Identify up-and cross-selling opportunities for existing accounts
  • Communicate with management and provide market knowledge
  • Assist new and former clients with account-related issues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of German and at least a B2 level of English
  • Business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Technical interest and motivation
  • Reliability, commitment, and a drive for excellence
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
What We Offer

We offer a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year, with full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts. You will also have the possibility to work remotely and enjoy a competitive salary, including free accommodation or a generous allowance. Additionally, you will receive reimbursement of your initial flight expenses, airport pick-up, and yearly two-way flight tickets back to your home country.
