The Conversion Rate Optimization Expert plays a key role in analyzing user behavior, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing changes to improve overall site performance. Responsibilities include developing CRO strategies, auditing websites, running A/B and multivariate tests, and working with internal teams to execute and monitor optimizations.

  • Develop tailored, data-driven backend CRO strategies to enhance website performance and maximize conversion rates.
  • Perform thorough brand audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct analysis of user behavior using analytical CRO tools, user feedback, heatmaps, and session recordings.
  • Design, execute, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of CRO changes.
  • Optimize landing and product pages, checkout flows, and website architecture.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and developers to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Monitor and report on CRO initiative performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Translate complex data and test results into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
