The Role

">

In this position as Business Development Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility through strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and referral programs. You will identify and nurture key relationships with brands, influencers, and commercial partners to drive demand and expand our reach across diverse channels.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Discover potential brand and commercial partners, conduct outreach, negotiate agreements, and onboard partners aligned with strategic objectives.">
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring smooth communication, alignment on objectives, and effective issue resolution.">
  • Create and execute influencer, referral, and UGC campaigns for your region - America - whilst working with internal teams to drive customer engagement and traffic to the website.">
  • Track and analyse partnership, influencer, and referral program metrics, optimising strategies and providing insights to improve effectiveness.">

Requirements

">

We are looking for a creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing content. You should have strong project management skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in data analysis tools. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is required, along with 3+ years of experience in developing and managing referral programs.
