Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Data Coordinator to join our team at Airbus Portugal Sa.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement data across various departments, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our systems. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with SAP and other relevant software tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate procurement data collection from internal sources and suppliers
  • Ensure accurate upload of procurement data into our information systems
  • Resolves discrepancies and communicate problems with data and offer/implement solutions
  • Track requests and ensure processes for tracking requestor information is well maintained
  • Facilitate resolutions of material/procurement data issues
  • Analyze and prioritize requests from internal customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in purchasing/procurement environment
  • SAP experience
  • Supply Chain process knowledge, including creation of master data in SAP
  • Ability to communicate clearly for Request for Quotes (RFQ) with internal and external suppliers
