Customer Support Expert: German or Dutch Speaker

We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team at RoomRaccoon. As a Senior Customer Support Consultant, you will play a key role in elevating the quality of customer support and ensuring seamless team operations.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a service-oriented, technical or customer support role as 2IC or in a leadership position, with fluency in German or Dutch. Hotel (front desk/reservations) / and or hospitality experience is advantageous but not required.

Key responsibilities include conducting QA for email and phone interactions, leading new product release validations, addressing complex customer issues, and actively contributing to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, plus benefits such as free food Fridays, Mac environment, medical aid contribution, incentive-based commission, formal training budget, annual hotel allowance, and equity.
