Hotel Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Portuguese Hospitality Collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking-in and checking-out guests, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room inventory, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide informed and personalized assistance to guests.
Requirements:
- Higher education or technical training in hotel management or tourism techniques.
- Proven experience in Hotel receptionist roles (4* or higher) (minimum 2 years).
- Language skills essential: Portuguese and English (written and spoken), other languages valued.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal relationship and customer-oriented.
