An urban oasis featuring a spa and indoor pool, as well as a rooftop fitness center with an outdoor running track overlooking the city's seven hills.
Varanda, our modern restaurant, showcases top-level cuisine under the guidance of Chef Pascal Meynard. It's renowned for its generous brunch and varied menu of gourmet delicacies.
CURA, our new restaurant, is a culinary haven where young Michelin-starred Chef Pedro Pena Bastos selects his ingredients with meticulous care, drawing from Lisbon's rich regional palette of seasonal ingredients to create artisanal dishes of great depth and meaning.
Our latest addition - an outdoor swimming pool and bar with underwater music. The Hotel's new pool area is a sophisticated oasis perfect for a relaxing dip with a refreshing drink. The Pool Bar's menu offers a selection of food, petiscos, drinks, and Lisbon-inspired cocktails.
We're seeking a Front Office Agent to join our Team in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:
Check in guests efficiently and warmly, using guest names whenever possible;
Ensure guests are assigned the type of room requested and the correct rate is charged;
Arrange for luggage delivery to guest rooms;
Check out guests at the end of their stay, ascertaining guest satisfaction, collecting keys, posting late charges, and presenting the bill to guests. Settle bills accurately through credit card or cash transaction;
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible;
Resolve customer complaints;
Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.;
Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interaction with guests will be in person and by phone;
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Requirements:
Experience from a Front Office of a 5* hotel or similar luxury environment is appreciated;
Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle stress;
Excellent interpersonal skills and personal presentation;
Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guests' preferences;
Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends, and holidays;
The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in a European country;
Reading, writing, and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.
