About the Role

The Renewal Account Manager position involves working closely with the wider Sales organization to ensure our customers achieve their contract goals. The team consists of skilled professionals including Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, and Sales Operations experts who work together to help customers adopt Cloudflare and create secure and reliable Internet experiences.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong business acumen and technical knowledge to communicate value and make persuasive recommendations to customers. As a Renewal Account Manager, you'll own and maximize renewal value by fostering customer relationships, leveraging channels, and capturing return on investment. You'll work closely with senior customer stakeholders to drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate weekly forecasts and take ownership of renewal
  2. Foster ongoing customer engagement across the entire customer lifecycle
  3. Negotiate and execute renewal contracts aligned with customer objectives
  4. Prioritize effectively to manage multiple deals concurrently
  5. Analyze data and use tools to identify sales opportunities and business value
  6. Collaborate with the Sales team to synchronize forecasting, planning, and targets
  7. Participate in key customer interactions such as Business Value Justification meetings, Business Reviews, and Renewal Meetings
