About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Associate to join our team at Penha Longa Resort. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and personalized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reservation Management: Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Guest Communication: Communicate effectively with guests via phone, email, or in-person, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Sales Techniques: Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize revenue and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and access data in our reservation system, maintaining high levels of data integrity and security.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Work Experience: No related work experience required; however, prior customer service experience is an asset.
  • License/Certification: None required.
