Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Guest Service Expert to join our team at Penha Longa Resort Ritz Carlton Hotel. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that all areas of the resort are clean and well-maintained.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance service skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
