As a Guest Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Guest Service Associates and ensuring seamless operations across the front desk, reception, and outlet services.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Identifying and resolving system problems, and suggesting improvements to existing systems and procedures
- Training and managing Guest Service Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Requirements:
- Relevant diploma or degree
- 4-5 years of hotel industry experience
- Strong operational and technical knowledge
- Strong negotiation skills
