Guest Experience Supervisor

World Of Hyatt Inclusive Collection is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our opening team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and well-organized operation. Your passion for hospitality and proven experience in a similar role will be essential in building meaningful connections with guests and maintaining strong relationships. You will proactively seek opportunities to enhance their experience during their stay, identifying, creating, and developing emotional and outstanding experiences and touchpoints during the customer journey. You will also solve customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. Additionally, you will develop and maintain relationships with VIP guests and Special Attention guests, recognizing their preferences and ensuring extra attention and special treatment for this group of guests. You will support the Guest Experience Manager on running the entire Guest Experience department, including guest relation and concierge service. You will also identify talents, lead, train, and build team spirit among all the departments. Furthermore, you will support the Guest Experience Manager on monitoring the quality and financial KPIs. You will address guests' service needs and deal with specific customer requests. You will develop and maintain positive working relationships with other departments and colleagues. We offer a hotel opening experience, a monthly salary above average, meal allowance, free parking space, and if applicable, accommodation provided. We also offer professional and personal growth, a dynamic and collaborative workplace, and a full-time contract.
Requirements:
- Passion for hospitality and proven experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
- Customer-orientated attitude and depth knowledge of customer service
- Outstanding guest relation skills
- Careful presentation
- Proactive, with a sense of initiative and teamwork
- Sense of responsibility and autonomy
- Flexible working hours
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in Portuguese & English, basic German, French is a plus
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
