We are seeking a highly communicative Customer Service Advocate to join our team in Portugal. This role requires a native German speaker with fluency in English, excellent listening and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dynamic approach.

About the Role

This position involves assisting customers by ordering supplies, issuing messages, answering calls, processing pick-up orders, providing shipping information, and tracking packages. As a key member of our multilingual team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements
  • Native German speaker
  • Fluency in English – minimum B1 level (mandatory)
  • Great listening and communication skills
  • Aptitude for problem-solving
  • Dynamism and team spirit
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement)
