About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on sales experience with consumer products and services. You will also possess advanced internet research skills, an empathetic soul, and a positive attitude. A willingness to learn and grow within the company is essential.

You will work closely with our team to identify customers' needs and deliver tailored solutions, including sales. Additionally, you will assist customers with billing inquiries, handle transactions, and provide resolutions to their issues in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Providing sales solutions to meet customer needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as necessary

We offer a competitive salary package, including a monthly salary of €1,800, plus 2 extra salaries per year, making your total annual income around €21,600.
