We are seeking a Customer Services Support Professional to join our team at Siemens S.A. who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, or complaints related to dispatch operations.

The ideal candidate will have high school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience in Opportunity to Cash, fluency in English, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As a Customer Services Support Professional, you will:

  1. Receive and process customer requests, ensuring accurate recording of relevant details.
  2. Submit Customer account creation.
  3. Support on cash collection.
  4. Support on SaaS product releases.
  5. EDS reporting & billing.
  6. Discount Voucher creations, update information and change prices.
  7. Maintain accurate records and provide updates to stakeholders.
  8. Create and analyze several reports linked to invoicing, status and overdue.
  9. Generate reports and improve dispatching processes.
