Customer Service Role at Siemens S.A.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing a group of customers and ensuring their sales and purchase orders are fulfilled efficiently. With strong communication skills and attention to detail, you will act as an interface between our customers and Siemens business units, warehouses, and factories.

About the Job

As a Customer Service Representative, your mission will involve:

  • Managing customer relationships and resolving any order discrepancies or issues;
  • Booking sales orders within our ERP system and following up on work-in-progress orders and deliveries;
  • Acting as a liaison between our customers, business units, warehouses, and factories to ensure smooth order processing;
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality communication with end customers to guarantee their satisfaction;
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training and office experience preferably in sales (more than 1 year);
  • Independent working style with 'Speed & Quality' - careful but speedy approach;
  • Extensive communication skills (customers, internal, factories...);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
  • Service attitude, customer-oriented, and problem-solving mindset;
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written);
  • Your accuracy and ability to multitask will help make you a success;
  • Strong work ethic;
  • SAP knowledge (Module MM/FI, SD) will be a plus;
  • Degree/Experience in Sales, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar and/or relevant work experience in Opportunity to Cash (will be a plus).

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is around €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We strongly encourage applications from a diverse talent pool and offer equal opportunities to all candidates.
