About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, actively approaching customers to make them feel welcome and addressing their questions and feedback.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy area of responsibility, ensuring products are in perfect condition and correctly priced at all times.
  • Ensure safety at all times and take action to prevent accidents.
  • Work efficiently and effectively, following daily operational routines to ensure smooth service delivery.
