About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Adapt to the brand's voice and tone in all interactions
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through friendly and appropriate responses

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical support skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in German and English languages
