We are seeking a seasoned Global Customer Engagement Manager to lead our Lifecycle Marketing efforts across Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven, multi-channel customer lifecycle marketing programs that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth.
As a key member of our Marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional regional teams to tailor engagement strategies to each market while maintaining global consistency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing initiatives that span the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention and reactivation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, IT, and analytics, to ensure alignment and efficient project execution
- Design end-to-end customer engagement journeys that integrate seamlessly across digital and physical channels
- Coordinate lifecycle marketing efforts across multiple European markets, ensuring consistent messaging and personalized offers
- Monitor and optimize program performance using data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs)
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle or engagement marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale marketing initiatives
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Expertise in developing and optimizing personalized customer engagement journeys, with a deep understanding of customer behavior and channel performance
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor and analyze program performance, with the ability to interpret data insights and collaborate with analytics teams to improve marketing strategies
- Experience working with EU regulatory and legal frameworks, with a strong understanding of data protection and consumer rights laws
