We have embarked on a joint venture with HUGO BOSS, our esteemed business partner, to create the HUGO BOSS Digital Campus, which aims to increase the data analytics, eCommerce and technology capabilities of the company and boost digital sales. The HUGO BOSS Digital Campus employees will help establish a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure, advanced business analytics, and the development and enhancement of HUGO BOSS' eCommerce platform and services.
As a Senior Loyalty Manager at Metyis Ag, you will be responsible for the proactive expansion of global omnichannel loyalty concepts for HUGO BOSS end consumers. This involves working closely with local markets to determine international requirements, ensuring the rollout of new markets, and conceptualizing local elements into the global framework. You will also be responsible for monitoring local implementation, coordinating adaptations for technical and systematic implementation, and verifying feasibility, timing, and management reporting.
In this role, you will network with interdisciplinary teams across all internal global and external interfaces, representing the Global Customer Engagement department regarding inquiries about the loyalty program. Your goal will be to positively influence key stakeholders and company processes. Additionally, you will comprehensively document and coordinate training concepts and implement loyalty trainings, optimize user-friendliness, monitor, and track all loyalty processes.
You will bring expertise in current competitive situations, an overview of innovations, and potential solutions for further development of all loyalty processes. Proactive control and implementation of maintenance, country coordination, adaptation, and optimization of the HUGO BOSS EXPERIENCE loyalty program are essential responsibilities.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with:
- A degree in Business Informatics, Business Economics, or related areas
- Administration/communications/marketing/international management or comparable training
- Several years of experience in project management, loyalty, and CRM-related roles
- Excellent international knowledge of retail and e-commerce, including strong customer orientation, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle/luxury sector
- Excellent MS Office, MS Project, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Knowledge
- Professional English language proficiency, written and spoken
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
