About This RoleThis role offers a competitive salary and performance bonus, making it an attractive opportunity for those seeking a fulfilling career. You will work as a Customer Service Representative in Porto, Portugal (On-Site) and ensure that performance goals are met across all operations, fulfilling client expectations related to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries in Italian.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware (e.g., card readers) and software issues.
- Guide customers through the setup and usage of mPOS systems.
- Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers' inquiries.
- Contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
- Familiarity/aptitude with smart electronic devices.
- Proficient PC skills.
- Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms).
- The ability to operate in high-pressure situations.
