With over one million nights rented through our platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We provide a diverse range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.

Our team is focused on developing a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip options. We are looking for talented individuals who share our passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.

The Role

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for executing regional processes and managing local depots in Western Europe. You will focus on driving operational results by ensuring the availability of the fleet, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Your key responsibilities will include owning end-to-end processes related to asset management, supplier procurement, stock management, logistics, and contact with local operations. You will need to coordinate your actions with the Western Europe Regional Operations Director and local teams to achieve results.

What You Will Work On

  • Contribute to the evolution of asset-management-related procedures and their implementation in your region;
  • Maximize fleet availability through efficient execution of vehicle in-fleeting, intervention management, and de-fleeting procedures;
  • Ensure that local structures are stocked with required inventory to service the fleet, following established models;
  • Develop knowledge about the vehicles operated and assist local operations in interventions;
  • Coordinate actions between local teams and logistics companies to move the fleet according to business requirements;
  • Expand the fleet network by procuring, negotiating, and managing relationships with workshops and fleet partners;
  • Be a major contributor to vehicle operating costs in your region;
  • Support expansion projects in your region.

Requirements

  • Background in Engineering, mechanical education, or business management;
  • Proven ability to take initiative and address operational needs effectively;
  • Organized and analytical, with experience in central coordination of fleet management, logistics, or similar fields;
  • Attention to detail, with ability to follow detailed procedures and ensure precision;
  • Team player, willing to work closely with local teams and contribute to overall objectives;
  • Adaptable and resilient, with ability to adapt to unforeseen events and reach the desired outcome;
  • Good communicator, with clear and effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

Estimated salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance plan, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
