Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and managing the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone and email). The ideal candidate will have advanced command of spoken and written Portuguese & English (level C1 or higher according to The Common European Framework).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Advanced command of spoken and written Portuguese & English (level C1 or higher according to The Common European Framework).
  • Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills, critical thinker with attention to detail.
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
