Primary Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance and Growth: Drive sales excellence, meet or exceed set targets, and optimize sales order execution.
  • Client Relations and Engagement: Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular reviews, proactive problem-solving, and tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration and Process Improvement: Work closely with the development, industrialization, and operations teams to minimize costs, boost profitability, and enhance competitiveness.
  • Strategic Business Planning: Develop and execute customized account strategies to meet sales objectives, nurture client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Industry Insights and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry developments, market shifts, and competitor activities to anticipate emerging opportunities and challenges.
  • Event Participation and Networking: Engage in local and international trade events to expand professional networks, generate leads, and increase brand visibility.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance to supervisors and management, contribute to forecasting, and assist in budget planning.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards within your area of responsibility and integrate these considerations into daily work.

Qualification Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English (required).
  • Work Experience: At least 6 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
