Account Executive Education Specialist

At goFLUENT, we're seeking a seasoned Account Executive to drive our business growth in the Education sector. As a key player, you'll develop our market territory by identifying and engaging with decision-makers in the Education market, crafting compelling proposals, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and understand prospects' business-critical issues, challenging conventional learning approaches, and leading sales conversations to articulate the value goFLUENT brings to an organization.
  • Develop business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions, building consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from key client accounts.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high-potential deals.
  • Participate in exhibitions and events, and travel to customer sites within your territory to support sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2Edu sales, with SaaS and international experience a plus.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect Education organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Team player, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, with relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry a definite plus.
  • At least B2 English level, with native Portuguese speaker a must.
