Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment Type: Full-time
Estimated Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support to premium members of a streaming platform. This role involves communicating with customers via various channels, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing professional support.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers using telephone, email, and chat
- Provide solutions to customer complaints and identify when issues should be escalated to senior representatives
- Collaborate with specialists to solve or close help tickets
- Document actions taken and categorize cases for the engineering team
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must be:
- Native/fluent in German (oral and written) and fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Excellent writer and verbal communicator, able to simplify technical language for non-technical users
- Resourceful, stress-resilient, and adaptable in fast-paced situations
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision and work independently as part of a team
