Role Overview

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to customers who own premium membership of a leading streaming platform.

This is a full-time opportunity to work with a multinational technology business that values customer satisfaction and employs a dynamic, creative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (telephone, email, and chat)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional support
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions within time limits
  • Identify issues and troubleshoot to find solutions
  • Collaborate with specialists to solve or close help tickets
  • Document actions taken and categorize cases and possible bugs
  • Maintain job-related administrative forms
Requirements
  • Native/fluent German language skills (oral and written) and fluent English (at least B2 level)
  • Experience working in a customer center, preferably in social media communities
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language
  • Resourceful and stress-resilient personality able to adapt to situations
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently as part of a team
