Customer Support Specialist for Premium Services

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to customers who own premium membership of a leading streaming platform.
About the JobThis is a full-time opportunity to work with a multinational technology business that values customer satisfaction and employs a dynamic, creative team.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with customers through various channels (telephone, email, and chat)
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional support
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions within time limits
- Identify issues and troubleshoot to find solutions
- Collaborate with specialists to solve or close help tickets
- Document actions taken and categorize cases and possible bugs
- Maintain job-related administrative forms
- Native/fluent German language skills (oral and written) and fluent English (at least B2 level)
- Experience working in a customer center, preferably in social media communities
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language
- Resourceful and stress-resilient personality able to adapt to situations
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently as part of a team
