Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Specialist for a leading premium audio brand, you will provide exceptional support to customers through various channels, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

- Working hours: full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts (Mon-Sat 8 AM to 5 PM)
