About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a representative of our client, a leading multinational technology business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to premium streaming platform subscribers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels (telephone, email, and chat)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional support and resolving issues efficiently
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions within established time limits
  • Collaborate with specialists to solve or properly close help tickets

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to:

  • Document each action taken and categorize cases and possible bugs
  • Maintain and update job-related administrative forms
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • Native fluency in Dutch, both oral and written
  • Fluency in English (at least B2 level)
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users
  • A resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player

Compensation
