About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Atlean World in Lisbon, Portugal.

Job Description: As a key member of our multilingual support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to users of a popular streaming platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Registration and Sign-in: Guide users through account setup and login issues.
  • Streaming: Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering or content playback problems.
  • App & Device Support: Provide assistance on compatibility, installation and device settings.
  • Account and Payment: Help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods and resolve billing issues.

Requirements:

  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.
  • B2/C1 level in English.
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card.
