About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor for Streaming Platform. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide support with subscription-related queries, invoicing, and troubleshooting
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer experiences
  • Record customer interactions and data in our CRM system
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Native German language skills and a good level of English proficiency
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
