Customer Experience Specialist for Streaming Platform

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist for our Streaming Platform. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including social media, email, chat, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing support with subscription-related queries, invoicing, and troubleshooting
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Recording customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Providing ad-hoc support and collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with a good level of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
