Customer Support Role Overview


We are seeking a skilled Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer support for our video streaming platform. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Creators seeking assistance with their channels via email and chat.



Responsibilities



  • Provide timely and effective support to Creators via email and chat
  • Identify and resolve issues related to channel performance, revenue, and other technical matters
  • Communicate with Creators in a clear and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall support quality


Requirements



  • At least 12 months of direct customer service experience, preferably in contact centers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a native level proficiency
  • Fluency in Polish and a strong understanding of Russian language and culture
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese Work Permit
