Customer Support Agent Opportunity in Lisbon

In collaboration with a leading multinational technology business, Wibit Consulting & Services is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team in Lisbon. This role involves providing exceptional customer support to premium members of a popular streaming platform.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers via various channels (telephone, email, and chat) to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide professional customer support, addressing complaints and offering suitable solutions within set timeframes.
  • Identify client concerns, troubleshoot, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with specialists to resolve or close help tickets efficiently.
  • Document actions taken and categorize cases for the engineering team's review.
Requirements:
  • Native/fluent German language skills (oral and written).
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical information for non-technical users.
  • Resourceful and stress-resilient personality able to adapt to challenging situations.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of productivity.
