We're looking for a Customer Service For Taxi App to join our team at Blu Selection in Lisbon. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our users have a smooth and enjoyable journey with our taxi app.

About the role:

• Provide top-notch support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.

• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer queries in a calm and resourceful manner.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless issue escalation and resolution.

About you:

• You must be proficient in Dutch and have a B2 level in English.

• You should be an attentive listener and comfortable communicating with people from diverse backgrounds.

• You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being proactive and innovative.

What we offer:

• A fixed-term contract that's renewable every year.

• Full-time working hours (40h/week) in rotative shifts (Mon-Sun, 7 AM – 9 PM).

• Intensive training to kick-start your career.

• Competitive salary: €1040/month (including free accommodation) or €1298/month (excluding accommodation).

• Relocation package for international candidates, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses and help with paperwork.

• Private health insurance after 6 months of contract.

• Portuguese public holidays and 22 days of paid holidays.
