We are seeking a highly skilled Danish Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Headhunt International. As a Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with account settings, app downloads, and content installation.
- Process refund requests on behalf of customers.
- Troubleshoot payment account issues and assist with setup.
- Guide customers on reporting unauthorized charges and processing related requests.
- Provide high-level support for developer issues and refer customers to developers when necessary.
- Assist with Gift card usage and provide guidance on related topics.
