About the Role
At Organon, we are dedicated to making a world of difference for women, their families, and the communities they care for.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Delivery Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a small portfolio of operational 24/7 Service Management activities applications within Organon.
You will own critical applications, ensuring they are managed effectively by providing best-in-class Service Management alongside deploying technology in a precise and targeted manner. This includes building solid relationships with key stakeholders and supporting product teams through discussions with the ECF and business technology leaders.
Your expertise will be invaluable in partnering with the central enterprise architecture team and quality, risk/compliance functions teams to understand changes needed to keep Organon secure, safe, and compliant with their application portfolio.
This is a great opportunity to work on specific projects to uplift, manage, and maintain the portfolio, including delivering SaaS implementations and maintenance, as well as working independently and managing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a small portfolio of operational 24/7 Service Management activities applications within Organon.
- Own critical applications, ensuring they are managed effectively by providing best-in-class Service Management.
- Partner with the central enterprise architecture team and quality, risk/compliance functions teams to ensure Organon remains secure, safe, and compliant.
- Deliver specific projects to uplift, manage, and maintain the portfolio, including SaaS implementations and maintenance.
- Work independently and manage projects, building solid relationships with key stakeholders and supporting product teams.
About You
We are looking for someone with significant experience in technology operational delivery, support, and portfolio roles, who has proven experience leveraging technology resources.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in an application support role, working with SAAS or internally hosted systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience with various technology systems (ServiceNow) and services, data analysis, Excel, and programming languages, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to influence peers.
Annualized Salary Range
$103,000 - $143,000Please Note: Pay ranges are specific to local market and therefore vary from country to country.
Employee Status: Regular Relocation: No relocation VISA Sponsorship: No Travel Requirements: 10%
