Job Summary

Linde Global Services is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Guide customers through our webshop, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Transfer complex queries to the relevant department, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data, ensuring that our records are complete and reliable.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of Master Data Management, Contract Management, and Pricing Master.
  • Manage customer requests through various channels, ensuring that complex issues are escalated to the relevant team members.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in daily telephone and email communication with customers, with a proven track record of handling requests and complaints.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and work under pressure.
  • Fluency in Portuguese as a native language, with English as a plus.
  • High school education is required for this position.
  • Proactive and focused on responding quickly to customer needs.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP would be an asset.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork, with a focus on achieving goals and objectives.
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and use data effectively to drive digital transformation.
