About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Sales Professional to join our team as an Italian speaker. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and matching advertising solutions with clients.

Your day-to-day tasks will include crafting lead generation and outreach strategies, making cold calls, discovering client needs, pitching, advising on marketing strategies, responding to and negotiating Requests for Proposals (RFPs), creating media plans, and overcoming objections.

You will be the first point of contact for prospects, explaining how our advertising solutions fit into a broad marketing mix and influence budget allocation. Your goal will be to achieve monthly sales quotas by working independently and managing a full sales cycle from lead identification to close.

Requirements
  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Experience in Sales (online)
  • High School Diploma
  • EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
Benefits

As a Digital Sales Professional, you can expect a competitive gross salary of 1240€ per month, plus a 300€ performance bonus. You will also receive meal vouchers, holiday and Christmas allowance, private health insurance, and a relocation package including flight expenses, airport pick-up and settling assistance, accommodation, and complimentary Portuguese lessons.

Our company offers flexible working hours, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. We provide stable work and career progression opportunities, including the chance to become a Trainer, Team Leader, or Manager.
