About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Services Sales Professional to join our team at SER Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to capture customer business value objectives.
  2. Lead all aspects of forecasting and PS signings for your territory.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their business goals and challenges.
  4. Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Leaders to drive Customer Success.
  5. Orchestrate customers and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle to achieve successful closes.
  6. Stay up-to-date on PS capabilities and maintain a portfolio of success stories to showcase to prospective customers.
  7. Work with the PS offering team to define new packages and update existing offerings and collaterals.

What You Bring

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  2. Experience working in Services delivery or Services sales, preferably in an enterprise software company.
  3. Good knowledge of Project Management and ITIL processes.
  4. Familiarity with sales concepts, including T&M, fixed fee, milestones, acceptance, scope, and forecasting.
  5. Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills, with the ability to handle negotiations and objections.
  6. Consulting background and ability to persuade with a prescriptive approach.
  7. English language proficiency (written and spoken), with additional languages a plus.
  8. Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
