About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Services Sales Professional to join our team at SER Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to capture customer business value objectives.
- Lead all aspects of forecasting and PS signings for your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their business goals and challenges.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Leaders to drive Customer Success.
- Orchestrate customers and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle to achieve successful closes.
- Stay up-to-date on PS capabilities and maintain a portfolio of success stories to showcase to prospective customers.
- Work with the PS offering team to define new packages and update existing offerings and collaterals.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working in Services delivery or Services sales, preferably in an enterprise software company.
- Good knowledge of Project Management and ITIL processes.
- Familiarity with sales concepts, including T&M, fixed fee, milestones, acceptance, scope, and forecasting.
- Excellent customer interaction and presentation skills, with the ability to handle negotiations and objections.
- Consulting background and ability to persuade with a prescriptive approach.
- English language proficiency (written and spoken), with additional languages a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
