Job Summary:
The Sales Applications Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the IVD market. This role requires a strong understanding of life sciences, molecular biology, and sales strategies.
About the Position:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Werfen as a Sales Applications Specialist, focusing on promoting our cutting-edge solutions and technical support to customers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, laboratory experience, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they achieve optimal performance from our products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, industry trends, and market developments.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field within the IVD market.
- Strong understanding of life sciences, molecular biology, and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, with basic oral Spanish skills preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and SAP.
Salary:
We offer a highly competitive salary package, including a base salary of €55,000 per annum, plus bonuses and benefits based on individual and company performance.
Travel Requirements:
This role requires daily mobility within the Portuguese territory and up to 20% international travel.
