Job Role

The Vice-President of Customer Success Management plays a critical role in setting the strategic direction for the customer success organization, ensuring alignment between customer needs and company objectives. This position drives customer-centric initiatives, improves retention and expansion, and manages executive relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Set Strategic Direction: Define the vision for the Customer Success Management organization and align it with company objectives.
  2. Foster Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and growth, including Customer Advisory Boards and industry-specific user communities.
  3. Maintain Executive Relationships: Manage relationships with key customers and act as a trusted advisor.
  4. Leverage Leadership Skills: Lead and mentor senior leaders within the customer success organization.

Requirements:

Leadership experience in customer success or account management.Strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.Experience managing large teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
