Procurement Administrator

As a Procurement Administrator at Airbus, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes. Your primary responsibility will be to manage various supplier information and pricing data in SAP and other Airbus Procurement tools.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier information and pricing data in SAP and other Airbus Procurement tools.
- Ensure compliance with Service Line Agreement requirements and Airbus' procurement policies.
- Collaborate with the Direct and Indirect central procurement functions to support the procurement process.
- Process ad-hoc requests for urgent customer requirements and events.
- Audit and track Data Management Group Requests to ensure accurate and efficient business flow.
- Communicate effectively with strategic buyers and data management group at Airbus Helicopters Inc.
- Contribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-the-art processes and tools.
- Resolve discrepancies and communicate problems with data to offer and implement solutions.
Requirements:
- Up to 5 years of work experience in administration and procurement.
- Experience in administration tasks and knowledge of Export Control and Sustainability laws and regulations.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. French and/or German are a plus.
- Easily adaptable to Airbus Procurement tools (Coupa suite, SAP, E-Proc, and Airsupply) and Google suite.
- Strong ability to convince and influence, communicate effectively, and work in a team.
- Always act with integrity and equity in the supplier selection process, in full compliance with processes and regulations.
