Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer experience department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience on our platform.
Your primary responsibility will be to engage and delight our customers by resolving complex challenges and managing disputes and complaints. You'll work closely with our sales and expert teams to improve the overall customer experience and provide valuable feedback on opportunities for improvement.
You'll be responsible for addressing customer queries through various channels, including email, phone, and social media. When disputes arise between sellers and buyers, you'll mediate and find solutions that meet both parties' needs.
Requirements- Professional Communication Skills: Fluency in French and English is essential, as well as strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Customer Experience Background: Previous experience in a customer-facing role or related field is preferred, but not necessary.
- Adaptability: You should be able to quickly switch between different customer channels and adapt to new situations.
- Competitive Salary: €18,000 - €23,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
