Customer Support Specialist for Cutting Machines

Lectra is seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our European Expertise Center, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers and subsidiaries for Lectra products, including cutting machines, plotters, and software.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide remote support to customers to ensure the best performance of Lectra equipment
  • Guarantee the availability of Lectra machines installed at customers
  • Collaborate with the Expertise Center Manager to develop and implement smart services
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality services and optimal machine performance

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in electronics, mechanics, or production
  • Experience in electric and electronic applications, troubleshooting, and manufacturing procedures
  • Knowledge of CAM applications and robotics software and hardware
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of Portuguese or other European languages a plus
