We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Agent to join our global customer experience team in Lisbon. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various communication channels.
About the Role:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and social media.
- Assist with pre-sales inquiries and provide general information about products and services.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
About You:
- You are a native German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a good level of English proficiency.
- You are motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound requests from customers and document relevant case information.
- Adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on various channels.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of €1,100 gross per month (paid 14 times), plus performance bonuses.
