Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at goFLUENT. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and learners, utilizing their strong communication skills and knowledge of language learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with clients and learners, providing tailored support and guidance on our language learning programs.
- Assist learners with queries and concerns via phone and email, utilizing our documented processes and supervisor guidance.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success Management Teams to ensure seamless communication and support for our clients.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) discussed with the LC Team Leader/Manager.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, call center, or client relations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to empathize and adapt to diverse situations.
- Proactive, responsible, and disciplined, with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- A good command of MS Office and Google tools, with excellent spoken and written English and Turkish.
- Fluency in another language, such as Spanish, German, French, Arabic, or Italian, is highly desirable.
